Automotive Parts Driver (Full-Time)

Honda Village is looking for an Automotive Parts Driver to join their high-paced parts department.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $18-20/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and correct parts pickups and deliveries to our wholesale customers

• Load delivery vehicles with care and consciousness to eliminate damage to parts

• Update delivery log after each delivery

• Establish efficient delivery routes and organize delivery schedule to maximize efficiency

• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and regularly check vehicle to ensure good running condition

• Operate the delivery vehicle in a safe and cautious fashion to maintain a clean driving record

• Work with the Parts department to identify potential clients and complete sales calls as determined

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a driving role

• 21+ years old

• Valid driver’s license (Class D) with good driving record

• Good knowledge of the greater Boston area

• Excellent communication skills between customers, dispatch, and employees

• Professional appearance and work ethic

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Ability to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor-level shelves and be able to reach upper shelves with the use of a ladder when necessary
