Subscription Services Specialist
- Make outbound calls to subscription service providers on behalf of customers
- Clearly and professionally request cancellations or account changes
- Follow step-by-step call scripts and internal procedures
- Accurately document call outcomes and account updates
- Handle routine objections from providers (e.g., retention offers)
- Work collaboratively with a small, focused in-office team

- Full-time, 40 hours per week
