Are you a painting subcontractor with a crew of 3–5 pros, looking for consistent, high-paying work year-round? We're an established and growing painting company serving Hampden & Hampshire Counties (Western MA) — and we need skilled, reliable crews to join our network.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• You own a registered painting business with:
• Liability insurance & Workers Comp
• Tax ID
• 3–5 experienced painters MINIMUM
• Interior/Exterior painting experience (residential and commercial)
• All your own tools, equipment, and reliable transport
• Located in or near Western MA (Hampden or Hampshire Counties only)
• Vehicle with no permanent lettering (or can cover it)
• Able to pass a background check this includes drug testing.
• Our ideal candidate is someone who has at least 3-5 people working for them , they can produce 2-5 jobs per week, they have all equipment, liability insurance, and workers compensation.

Please do not apply if :

• You don’t own a painting company
• You are 1 person
• You don’t have a team
• You’re located outside our service area Springfield, Ma 25 mile radius
• You do not have ALL of your own tools and equipment
• If you have permanently lettered vehicles with your name on it and not willing to remove this
