- Support young children (0-5 years) and their families.
- Provide prevention and intervention services.
- Provide team-based care to families most at risk
- Consult and coordinate with other providers involved in the patient’s care including LCHC providers, the PCP, and providers from outside agencies.
- Offer crisis management services as necessary.
- Perform comprehensive bio-psycho- social diagnostic evaluations with patients.
- Create patient centered treatment plans, provide ongoing treatment, provide case management services, and assess patients ongoing clinics needs and progress.
- Obtain the opportunity to receive mentorship and/or provide supervision.
- Qualify for Continuing Education reimbursement.
- Practicum and Internship experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of concerns in children and families.
- Practicum and Internship experience consulting and/or collaborating with the various agencies that provide care for children and families.
- Clinical license as a LCSW or LICSW or LMHC or Psy.D or PHD,
- Master’s degree in field of study, with commensurate practicum and internship which focused clinical mental health practice.
- Quality training and experience in evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques.
- Utilize those skills to interact with patients/clients, team members and staff from other departments in a collaborative setting.
