Facilities Technician
We are a long-term, growing company seeking Facilities Technicians to join our team. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with competitive pay, health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and more. While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train motivated candidates.
Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends. Must be able to travel to multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair facilities equipment, including electrical, electronic, mechanical, plumbing, and control systems.

Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and perform scheduled maintenance.

Support general facilities maintenance activities as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (trade/technical school preferred).
-
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
-
Willingness to learn troubleshooting techniques for restaurant facilities.
Preferred Skills:
-
Mechanical and basic electrical aptitude.
-
Knowledge of standard safety procedures.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently and within a team.
-
Reliable attendance.
Working Conditions:
-
Restaurant environment with exposure to weather, heat, cold, grease, and noise.
-
May include weekends and overtime as required.
Physical Requirements:
-
Frequently move or lift items up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting required.
-
Prolonged standing and walking.
-
Ability to work at heights using ladders, mezzanines, and aerial lifts.
Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $17-$24 per hour, based on experience.
