Position Summary:
As our Product Manager you will lead the product strategy for our Circular Connectors within the Precision Connections Group . In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive product roadmap and strategic plan that aligns with business goals, drives sales growth, and expands profitability. This position requires a balance of market insight, cross-functional leadership, and strategic vision to ensure continued success and competitiveness in the market.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business; advanced degree (MBA) preferable
- Minimum 5 -10 years of experience with Product & P&L Management, highly preferably within Defense or Space markets
- Product Management, Business Development /sales experience within Defense, Space, or Medical markets
- Technical knowledge of interconnect products
- Experience in developing & executing growth strategies
- Effective and concise communication
- Strong knowledge and experience building strategic plans for new production introduction (NPI), Justification details, and ROI analysis
