We are looking for a dedicated Benefits Administrator to join our team on a contract basis fully onsite in Burlington, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing employee benefits processes, including coordination, analysis, and auditing. This position offers flexibility while requiring attention to detail and proficiency in benefits systems and tools.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Perform basic audits to verify benefits information and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to effectively handle benefits-related tasks and updates.
• Conduct benefits analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain records using Microsoft Excel, ensuring data is organized and accurate.
• Collaborate with team members to address benefits inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Support the implementation of any updates or changes to the benefits system.
• Ensure all benefits processes align with organizational policies and regulations.
• Communicate benefits options and updates to employees in a clear and thorough manner.
• Proven experience in benefits administration or a similar role.• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now for managing benefits-related tasks.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel for organizing and analyzing data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate audits.
• Excellent communication skills to address employee inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with benefits coordination and analysis processes.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining flexibility in a contract role.
• Understanding of compliance requirements related to employee benefits.
