Hours per Week: 35
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and manage pain
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed for optimal outcomes
- Bring your expertise to a skilled nursing facility and make a real difference in patients' lives
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts (or compact eligibility)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team members
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a new environment quickly
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in evaluating and treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions
- Proficient in using therapy equipment and modalities
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent patient education and motivational skills
