Preschool Teacher - Remote | WFH

Primary Responsibilities: Familiarize yourself with our educational philosophy and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and performance standards (EEC, NAEYC, Head Start, and QRIS) applicable to your classroom or program.
Follow the policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.
Stay informed about transportation policies and monitor children using transportation to and from the site.
Collaborate with your classroom team to create a dynamic learning environment that meets the developmental needs of each child.
Maintain accurate records using assessment tools such as TSG and participate in staff development opportunities.
Communicate effectively with the lead teacher and supervisor, sharing important information in a timely manner.
Observe and record children's behavior to assess their skills, plan for their development, and address any concerns.
Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom, ensuring the equipment, materials, and supplies are clean and in good condition.
Assist with timely reporting, record-keeping, and other documentation related to your classroom.
Maintain accurate attendance records and always be aware of the children you are responsible for.
Conduct monthly fire drills and check CO2 detectors to ensure safety.
Adhere to all health and safety protocols, maintaining a safe environment for children at all times.
Attend required staff meetings, training sessions, workshops, and parent engagement events.
Build strong, positive relationships with families through phone calls, conferences, home visits (for Head Start), and other family involvement opportunities.
Actively participate in team meetings and communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional and collaborative manner.
Uphold confidentiality and comply with all federal, state, and agency regulations. Knowledge and Skills: EEC qualification for Teacher position.
Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Comfortable working with diverse backgrounds and effectively communicating with children, families, and co-workers.
Basic computer skills are a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Physical Requirements: Must be physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting children and sitting on the floor for activities.
Ability to react quickly in emergencies, including bending, lifting, and moving quickly.
Recent physical examination meeting all health and safety requirements for the position.

Salary: $ 15.00 20.00 Per Hour
