Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Pediatric RN for a 13-week night shift travel contract at an inpatient acute rehabilitation pediatric unit in Boston, MA, requiring an active MA RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Details

• 12-bed inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Pediatric Unit serving patients from newborn to young adult
• Night shift schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 4 nights per week
• Every other weekend required
• 32 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• EMR: Epic (charting)

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• BLS certification required — must be AHA only
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience required
• Primary source verification of professional license required (both NURSYS and BON)
• Flu vaccine required — no religious or medical exemptions accepted
• 2 professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide acute rehabilitation nursing care to a pediatric patient population ranging from newborn to young adult
• Timekeeping system: UKG/Kronos
• No validated parking available at Boston location — public parking lots available at approximately $17–$22 per day; public transportation is recommended
• Candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are considered local and may be subject to an adjusted pay rate
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
