You will strive for personal service excellence and contribute to the overall service department goals.Primary ResponsibilitiesAccurately troubleshoot customer concerns using current administrative and technical toolsDemonstrate courtesy and professionalism toward all customersAssist as a secondary greeter in the Service Drive area to acknowledge customers promptlyStay updated with all technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal operationsDeliver safe and reliable vehicle service, meeting promises the first timeAddress original customer concerns before suggesting additional servicesInspect each vehicle for maintenance needs according to local and factory recommendationsReturn customer vehicles clean or cleaner than when receivedParticipate in factory and in-house sponsored training programsComplete all paperwork thoroughly and ensure all necessary shop forms are attached to repair ordersPerform other duties as assigned by Service Manager, ASM, or Group LeaderMaintain punctuality, readiness to work, and a clean uniformCompensation and BenefitsWe offer competitive pay ranging from $70,000 to $150,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Job Requirement:QualificationsExperience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and modelsProven track record of meeting or exceeding goalsExcellent communication skillsProfessional appearance and strong work ethicPositive attitude with high energySuperior customer service skillsAbility to read and understand technical instructionsGood judgment and decision-making abilityValid state driver's license with a good driving recordEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredASE certification demonstrating technical aptitude requiredTechnical or trade school degree preferred
