This is a Restaurant Manager role at LoLa Hospitality . The range for base pay is provided by LoLa Hospitality; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience—talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Responsibilities Oversee daily floor operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service Lead, support, and motivate front of house staff during shifts Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly with professionalism Maintain a strong presence on the floor to ensure service standards are met Collaborate with management on staff training, shift planning, and team development Assist with opening and closing duties in accordance with company procedures Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or floor management role within a high-volume restaurant Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment Well-organized, detail-oriented, and confident in fast-paced settings Experience with POS systems and front of house technology Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us At LoLa 42, you'll be part of a passionate and professional team in one of Boston’s most exciting neighborhoods.
