Project Accountant / Analyst
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Accountant/Analyst in Woburn, MA. This client is a growing company with a great culture. This role will be working in a hybrid model-3 days a week in office and 2 days per week remote. Duties Include:
- The Project Accountant/Analyst will provide general accounting and finance support to Project Manager
- Assist with budgets, proposals, and financial reports
- Assist with AP and invoicing
- Review and upload contracts into accounting system
- As a Project Accountant/Analyst, you will process invoice credits and resolve billing issues
- Maintain financial information for projects
- Prepare ad-hoc accounting reports
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 2-6 years of experience, accounting or financial related
- Strong Excel skills are required (formatting spreadsheets, basic formulas); Power BI skills a plus
- Will consider experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, contract management
- Strong attention to detail
- Personable
