Hybrid Pharmacy Operations Customer Service - $18.75/hr

Responsibilities:
- Process incoming faxes from healthcare providers (doctors, hospitals, pharmacies) regarding patient prescriptions
- Review and confirm the accuracy of information, reaching out to providers to obtain missing details (e.g., patient’s date of birth, medication dosage)
- Input prescription information into the system for approval or denial
- Shift to phone-based support after mastering fax processing, handling around 20 inbound calls per day
Requirements:
- 6+ months of customer service or call center experience
- Comfortable with phone calls (inbound and outbound)
- Willingness to learn health insurance terminology and processes
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to get to the office in Hingham for the 4 weeks of training
