ICU Registered Nurse Job Details

• Location: Beverly, MA 01915 (Greater Boston area, Massachusetts healthcare jobs)
• Unit: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Job Type: Travel Nursing Contract
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/1/2025 – End: 2/28/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Hours: 72 guaranteed hours biweekly
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2360–$2420
• Floating: May float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts RN license preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required for ICU nursing jobs)
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience in a hospital setting
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR (Electronic Medical Records) required
• Must pass day-one onsite clinical test (1 attempt only)
• Must pass Relias testing during onboarding (2 attempts allowed)
• Must not have worked permanently at Beth Israel Lahey Health within the last 6 months

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress using EPIC EMR
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as required to provide clinical support
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and best practices in critical care nursing
