Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound faxes and calls regarding new or updated medication information
• Make outbound calls to pharmacies or doctors' offices to verify medication information
• Update the company database with new or modified information
• Share insights with the team on how to enhance services

Required Qualifications:

• Previous professional customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and similar computer skills
• Reliability and dependability in the workplace
• Must be able to attend on-site training in Hingham, MA for the first 4 weeks

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ months of call center experience is highly preferred
