Job Description

Insight Global is sourcing for an AI Engineer to join a global consulting firm assisting in the Data Analytics Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience with Agentic AI and supporting transformation of applications. This is an individual contributor role directly supporting stakeholders with a true solutions oriented mindset. Requirements include: design, build, and orchestrate AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Langflow, and MCP Servers, enabling multi-agent collaboration and tool-use. Develop end-to-end agentic pipelines for reasoning, planning, and action-taking using LLM orchestration techniques. Leverage large language models (LLMs) - including GPT, Gemini, and Anthropic models- for domain-specific use cases. This is a fast-paced, experimental environment where agility, creativity, and technical excellence are key. This position will be fully remote in India working roughly 11:00-7:00 PM IST.

Pay-rate: $16-20/hour USD. Exact pay rate will depend on experience and other factors.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python

-Deep expertise in agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or ADK

-Proven track record in leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG pipeline design

-Strong knowledge of vector databases and AI observability/security protocols

-Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes for scalable model deployment

-Experience integrating external tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock)

-Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows plus Knowledge graphs and integrate vector databases such as Pinecone, Pgvector, or ChromaDB

-Leverage observability and tracing tools like Phoenix, or LangSmith to monitor agent performance, latency, and safety

-Understanding of graph data structures, stateful memory, and tool-calling mechanisms within agent frameworks -Prior consulting industry background
