We are looking for an accomplished Senior Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis, specializing in sourcing and hiring Master Service Technicians for a prominent client in the automotive repair and maintenance industry. Responsibilities:• Design and implement strategic recruitment plans to identify and attract skilled Master Service Technicians.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate presentation.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure engagement and a positive hiring experience.
• Monitor industry trends and labor market data to stay informed about wage benchmarks and talent availability.
• Collaborate closely with the client to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and technical requirements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of experienced candidates through networking and targeted outreach.
• Conduct detailed interviews to assess technical competencies, certifications, and alignment with client expectations.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to streamline processes and provide progress updates.
• Promote the client’s brand to enhance visibility and attract top-tier professionals in the automotive sector.• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly within technical or engineering fields.
• Strong background in sourcing and engaging candidates using various platforms and strategies.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze labor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Experience in partnering with clients to understand and fulfill specific hiring needs.
• Knowledge of the automotive repair and maintenance industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
