THE ROLE The Northeast Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and business development for HAIX North America Inc. within the first responder market. This role focuses on expanding market presence for HAIX's high-performance footwear, managing dealer and distributor relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, and positioning HAIX as a trusted footwear provider for municipal fire departments, police agencies, and other first responder organizations. The Northeast Territory Sales Manager reports to the Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Director of Sales; primarily reporting to the Director of Sales for day-to-day operations. The assigned territory includes New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Maine. THE JOB Sales Activities & Efforts- Servicing of existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts
- Organizing of daily work schedule to call on existing or potential new customer accounts
- Training and support to maintain and establish a dealer network
- Supervision, coaching and training of dealer internal sales representatives (if applicable)
- Weartest implementation with key accounts; control and project management
- Attendance at regional &/or national trade shows
- Attendance at annual NFPA meetings (if applicable); report to management and HNA sales team important information pertaining to NFPA compliance and standards.
- Inform management and HNA sales team on the status of activities in territory
- Territory Forecast development/vision
- Competitive analysis and market research

- Summarize customer visits with the “Visit Report” sent to HNA sales team with in 5 days of the visit; average of 8 customer visits per week.
- Attendace at periodic sales meetings (3-4 per year)
- Compliance with the HAIX brand image (clothing, sample bags, car logo, etc.)
- Management of Territory Sales & Goals
- Analysis of monthly sales numbers & turnover
- Control of customer/dealer stock
- Supervision and control of customer dealer offers and price lists
- Forecast of annual sales for territory
- Work with Distribution regarding special products needs and order processing from Germany.
- Ongoing economic analysis of dealer network
- Planning and controlling of budgetary items within the territory

- Proven track record in dealer B2B and end-user sales, ideally within the fire safety, law enforcement, EMS, or PPE industries.
- Strong understanding of the first responder industry's operational needs, safety requirements, and buying behaviors.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a broader sales team.
- Must be willing to travel very frequently (80-90% travel) within the Northeast Territory including NY, CT, MA, VT, NH, RI, ME
