SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Astound is seeking a driven Direct Sales Representative to join our Sales & Business Development team in Telecommunications. In this field-based role, you'll prospect residential and small business customers, conduct consultative sales presentations, and promote Astound's high-speed internet, TV, and phone solutions. You'll own the full sales cycle-from lead generation and door-to-door outreach to closing deals and coordinating installations-while delivering customer-first service. Working with cutting-edge broadband and WiFi technologies, you'll collaborate with a supportive team, focus on local-community growth, and build your career in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with competitive commission and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify residential and small business customers for Astound internet, TV, and phone services.
• Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations that highlight Astound's fiber-rich broadband and advanced Wi
• Fi solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and key performance metrics.
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools to track leads, activities, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Sales & Business Development teams on local campaigns, events, and community outreach programs.
• Provide customer-first service, ensuring accurate order entry, smooth installation scheduling, and a positive onboarding experience.
• Stay current on Astound product features, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to support continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Represent Astound's brand and culture in the local community, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management on performance, opportunities, and challenges.
