We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls professionally and efficiently
- Handle general incoming calls, take accurate messages, and assist callers with inquiries
- Perform daily paper filing and maintain organized physical filing systems
- Assist with other light administrative tasks as needed
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Starting at 8:00 AM daily
- Part-time hours (approximately 4–5 hours per day, could lead to full-time hours).
Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with basic office equipment (phone systems, scanners, copiers, etc.)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
