This is a permanent placement opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, managing expectations, and resolving issues.
- Guide new clients through onboarding, including gathering order specs, finalizing layouts, coordinating samples, and confirming timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, packaging, logistics, production)
- Monitor client orders, timelines, and inventory to proactively address potential issues
