The Floor Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, high merchandising standards, and efficient team performance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for developing associates to deliver an outstanding customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Customer Service: Foster a customer-first culture by ensuring all associates prioritize exceptional service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain Merchandising Standards: Oversee the presentation and organization of products on the sales floor, ensuring displays are visually appealing, fully stocked, and compliant with company standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the Store Manager to maintain optimal product availability.
- Manage Freight Flow to Salesfloor: Oversee the efficient movement of merchandise from receiving to the sales floor, ensuring timely and accurate stocking.
- Supervise Sales Floor Associates and Cashiers: Lead, schedule, and manage a team of sales associates and cashiers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain Signing Standards and Price Changes: Ensure all signage is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with pricing policies, implementing price changes as directed.
- Teach, Train, and Develop Associates: Provide ongoing training and mentorship to associates, promoting skill development, product knowledge, and adherence to company standards.
- Direct Report to Store Manager and Assistant Manager: Collaborate closely with store leadership to align on goals, report on performance, and implement operational strategies.
