Position Highlights:

• Full-time Family Practice Physician role BC/BE required

• Deliver comprehensive, continuous care for routine and emergency office-based needs

• Diagnose, treat, and manage patient healthcare plans

• Maintain electronic medical records and necessary documentation

• Prescribe medications, perform lab procedures, and interpret results

• Educate patients on health and wellness

• Participate in on-call duties and collaborate in a supportive, innovative practice environment

• Engage in quality assurance, audits, utilization reviews, and staff management

Qualifications:

• Completed academic requirements from an accredited medical school

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts

• Experience with electronic medical records required

• Ability to supervise and collaborate with professional and allied healthcare staff

• Spanish-speaking/bilingual preferred
