THE BASICSPay: Our Bartenders earn a flat-rate of $23.00 - $25.00/hour.Schedule: This role can start as early as 7:00 am and end as late as 1:00 am.Perks:Flexible schedulesPaid trainingConvenient location directly on the MBTA #73 bus line YOUR DAY AS A BARTENDERYou're responsible for keeping our bar clean, organized, and well-stocked with ingredients, garnishes, and other supplies. Throughout your shift, you engage with members and provide positive experiences as you prepare the requested drinks. You also help come up with creative weekly cocktail specials to keep our beverage selection fresh and exciting. CRITERIA1+ years of bartending experience OR 3+ years of serving experienceSunday availabilityThe more bartending experience you have, the better!
