About the Role:
Join Original Chimney Sweep as a Telephone Center representative in Plainville, MA, where you'll be the voice of our company! This exciting role offers the opportunity to connect with customers, schedule appointments, and provide information about our top-notch chimney services.
Responsibilities:
- Make calls to schedule appointments. good customer service skills is a plus.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide information on services, pricing, and promotions to potential clients.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer data and follow-ups.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes effectively.
- Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
