USA - Engineering Project Manager - IV - USD
Job Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead engineering teams through design, development, and implementation phases.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks; resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and approve engineering documentation and technical reports.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and technical documentation.
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
- Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in engineering project management or technical leadership.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or technology industries is a plus.
