UI/UX Designer
Kforce has a client that is seeking a UI/UX Designer in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:
- Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams and plugging information vacuums that exist between them
- UI/UX Designer will practice foresight in understanding which stakeholders need to be connected to achieve product goals
- Continually infuse the voice of users across program decisions
- Remain attuned to the competitive landscape, staying current on research for customer needs and trends
- As a UI/UX Designer, you will support defining project requirements, user stories, success metrics and acceptance criteria
- Be curious about social trends, technology and the economy
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio that shows off your interface design chops
- Expert-level skills in Figma and demonstrable experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with or an interest in financial services, technology, and emerging tech-bonus points if you know your way around trading
- A solid grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and product thinking
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup
- A self-starter who's curious, adaptable, and always looking to learn
- Great communication skills and a curiosity about storytelling through design
- Ability to work with UI /Front end dev teams to support bringing designs to production
