The Assembler will perform mechanical and electrical assembly of subassemblies and control panels using hand and power tools. This role involves wiring, troubleshooting, and final testing of assemblies while following detailed work instructions, blueprints, and schematics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical assembly and final assembly of control panels and equipment .
• Carry out point-to-point wiring using wire run lists and electrical schematics .
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of subassemblies and completed assemblies.
• Complete work order documentation accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations .
• Operate hand and power tools including crimpers, torque wrenches, drills, and taps.
• Maintain work area cleanliness and contribute to team productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools (e.g., torque wrenches, crimpers, drills, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 26 lbs.
• Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
