Someone who brings clarity where there is ambiguity, momentum where there is friction, and alignment where there are competing priorities.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:

Work directly on cross-organizational programs that cut across engineering, product, operations, capacity, and business teams.
-
Operate at scale, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and execution across multiple OCI orgs for initiatives that impact both product and business outcomes.
-
Bring teams across OCI toward a unified north star, ensuring alignment, visibility, and progress across all stakeholders.
-
Translate complex technical requirements into clear plans and measurable milestones, driving them from concept to launch.
-
Serve as the connective tissue between teams, identifying gaps early, removing blockers, and maintaining steady execution.
-
Build trusted partnerships with senior engineering and business leaders to drive initiatives forward with confidence.
Responsibilities
-
Bias for action and doesn't hesitate to roll up your sleeves to move a program forward.
-
Technical foundation that allows you to quickly absorb the complexities of cloud architecture, distributed systems, and emerging GPU/AI infrastructure.
-
Work across large organizations and bring people together around shared goals.
-
Embrace a growth mindset, learn fast, and approach AI infrastructure with curiosity.
-
Thrive in a space that is fast-moving, cross-cutting, and deeply collaborative.
