The Big Task
Ensure that kits and their components are replenished accurately and quickly upon return from the job site.
Key Sub Tasks
- Validate kits and specialty tools returned from the job site match what was issued to the job
- Review contents of returned kits and account for any missing items
- Enter values of items used from the job in company’s Supply Chain Management software
- Replenish missing kit items and return kits to stock in a timely manner
- Communicate with technicians regarding the whereabouts of any missing kits or specialty tools
Desired Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Financial Force Supply Chain Management software experience preferred
- Control inventory experience, Plumbing and Heating supply house experience preferred
- Dependable, with a good track record of time management
- Highly organized and meticulous in details
