Position Overview:
A high-end restaurant group located in Boston is seeking a diligent and professional Bathroom Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of restroom facilities. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities (not all-inclusive):
- Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and well-maintained throughout service hours.
- Regularly check and replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Clean and sanitize restroom surfaces, including sinks, toilets, and floors.
- Respond promptly to any guest requests or restroom issues.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, especially in a high-volume setting.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Professional demeanor and reliability.
