Warehouse Operations Associate
LTI Trucking Services is hiring a Warehouse Operations Associate in Boston. Full-time and part-time roles available. This position supports daily warehouse flow, inventory handling, and shipment readiness. Work in a structured logistics environment with clear processes. Pay: $21–$25 per hour. Background check required.
Key Functions:
- Receive and inspect incoming freight
- Organize stock in assigned locations
- Prepare outbound shipments for dispatch
- Operate scanners for inventory tracking
- Assist with loading and staging orders
- Maintain organized warehouse sections
Requirements:
- Ability to work on feet for shifts
- Experience in warehouse or logistics preferred
- Basic scanning or inventory system use
- Attention to accuracy and labeling
- Strong teamwork and communication
- Able to pass a required background check
