Paralegal
Join the MassDOT Center for Labor & Employee Relations (CLER) team. Main function will be providing administrative support.
Ideal candidate will be best described as reliable, detail oriented, and someone who works well independently or as part of a team.
This will be a hybrid role.
Paralegal will be responsible for the following: drafting and reviewing documents, providing detailed notes including critical details and contributing to hearing and interview preparation.
Ideal candidate will be detail oriented.
MassDOT is a larger State Agency therefore we need someone who can work well under pressure and in an at-times fast paced setting where there are shifting priorities.
