Instructional Desginer
Job Title: Instructional Designer
Location-Type: Remote (40 hrs/week, EST or CST hours)
Start Date Is: June 1 - December, 31 2026
Compensation Range: $39/hr – $46.75/hr W2
Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K

Job Description:
The client is seeking an Instructional Designer to support high-priority enablement projects across customer success and leadership teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Follow the lead of senior instructional designers on enablement projects
- Develop eLearning modules, podcasts, video demos, and interactive toolkits
- Create branded slide decks, conversation guides, and assessment frameworks
- Optimize content for mobile, accessibility, and LMS compatibility
- Support launch readiness and troubleshoot post-rollout needs
- Build engaging, scenario-based learning experiences using AI-enabled tools

Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- Portfolio required for submission
- 5 years of instructional design and/or content production experience
- Experience with Articulate Rise, Mindsmith, or similar tools
- Ability to quickly learn and complete a project using Mindsmith
- Canva expertise
- Confluence Cloud or wiki experience
- Strong stakeholder management and proactive communication skills
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and mobile-first design
- Experience creating roleplay or live scenario-based learning
- LMS publishing knowledge
- Google Slides experience
- High comfort level using AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or similar
- Ability to estimate project timelines for learning course development
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required with 10 years of experience
