We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!

Full Time employees have the opportunity to earn a $3,000 Stay-on Bonus after successful completion of the probationary period!

All clinicians are W-2 employees , offering either full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions . Our full-time clinicians enjoy stable, guaranteed salary compensation , even when clients cancel—as we believe your time and expertise should be valued.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary

Who You Are:

• Have your Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
• Will have your Independent Clinical License within 2 years
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
• Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
• Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
• Must be able to provide services in-office. Massachusetts office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Compensation:

• Full Time Salary: Full-time Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
  Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!
