We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!
Full Time employees have the opportunity to earn a $3,000 Stay-on Bonus after successful completion of the probationary period!

NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

All clinicians are W-2 employees , offering either full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions . Our full-time clinicians enjoy stable, guaranteed salary compensation , even when clients cancel—as we believe your time and expertise should be valued.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
- Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
- Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
- Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
- Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
- Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
Who You Are:
- Have your Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
- Will have your Independent Clinical License within 2 years
- Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
- Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
- Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
- Must be able to provide services in-office. Massachusetts office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Compensation:
- Full Time Salary: Full-time Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!
