Full-Time | $23–$27 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Production Painter to join our crew. This role focuses on delivering fast, consistent, and high-quality painting results on residential and light commercial projects. You’ll work alongside a team of painters and helpers while maintaining PTG Painting’s high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prep, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces (walls, ceilings, trim, siding)

• Safely use ladders, sprayers, and other painting equipment

• Follow company standards for masking, cutting, rolling, and cleanup

• Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and respect clients’ homes

• Collaborate with crew leads and helpers to meet daily production goals

• Identify and report any surface issues or repair needs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional painting experience (residential or commercial)

• Strong cutting, rolling, and spraying skills

• Knowledge of surface prep, paint types, and finishing techniques

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied weather conditions

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $23–$27 per hour depending on skill and experience

• Steady full-time work with overtime opportunities during peak season

• Paid weekly via direct deposit

• Room for advancement into crew lead or foreman roles

Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed). Typical start time is 8:00 AM.
