Director of Production
At Cramer, event production is both a craft and a team sport — and the Director of Production sits at the center of it. This senior leader brings together strategy, creativity, and operational excellence to guide our largest, most complex programs while also nurturing the people, processes, and culture that power our work.
The Director of Production is responsible for the full lifecycle of live, in‑person event programs: from early strategic conversations and creative development through onsite execution and post‑event reconciliation. They partner closely with clients, internal teams, and executive leadership to ensure every experience is purposeful, beautifully executed, and aligned with client goals.
This role also plays a critical part in shaping the Production department itself — strengthening workflows, developing talent, and ensuring our teams have the clarity, tools, and support they need to do their best work. It’s a role for someone who leads with confidence, communicates with empathy, and thrives in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
