Job Title: Practice Coordinator (Worcester, MA)

Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Checks in patients and collects accurate patient demographics, enters data into electronic system (Athena) and verifies insurance.
• Coordinates the daily operations of the physician office, including the medical records process, controlling the front desk, accounts payable, office supplies.
• Insurance verification in Athena
• Daily reconciliation of charges and payments.
• Inbound calls - patient triage, asking questions related to medication management
• Outbound calls - patient appointment follow up / medication & script follow up

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience working in a outpatient clinic at the front desk
  • Experience triaging patient calls, checking patients in . out
• Strong customer service / soft skills
• EMR experience

Schedule/ Shift:

Monday - Friday

8am - 4:30p
