We have relief, per-diem opportunities available such as Group Homes, Assisted Living, Residential, Community-Based, Day Habilitation, and other programs that need relief-per-diem and/or ongoing assignment (set schedule) shift coverage. These needs are within Greater Boston Northeast locations. We need Massachusetts LPNs, or RNs. If you are licensed and interested, please be sure that you are up to date with the following documents listed below, before we can get you started for these programs:

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS: LPN, Greater Boston Northeast Areas:

Dracut, Saugus, Lynn, Beverly, Groveland, Merrimac, Groton, Chelmsford, Salem, Lynnfield, Haverhill, Topsfield, Danvers, Peabody, Lowell, Tewksbury, Amesbury, Swampscott, Littleton, Wenham, Wakesfield, Saugus, Billerica, Melrose, Salsibury, Westfield, and Andover MA locations.

We need your updated:

• Updated Resume listing your present and last jobs (perm, relief, per-diem and part-time), start and end dates, job experiences/job duties, education, certifications, licenses, including 3 manager/supervisor references.
• MA Nursing CNA, LPN, or RN License
• CPR and First Aid Certification (for CNAs) mandatory
• BLS Certification (for LPN and RNs) mandatory
• TB Testing and Results with Immunizations Vaccinations Summary Report /Chest X-Ray (LPNs, RNs)
• Annual Physical Exam with Summary Report (LPNs, RNs)
• Valid Government Photo ID with a photo on it (must not be expired) Must Be Valid
• Covid Vaccinations (All healthcare professionals) Mandatory
• MAP Certification is helpful.
• Other Certifications such as Dementia Training, HHA Certification, PCA, Safety, CPI, Training, or Developmental Training or Certifications are helpful.

Education:

• Associate (Required)

Experience:

• LPN: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)

License/Certification:

• Massachusetts LPN License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Massachusetts: Relocate before starting work (Required)
