Superintendent

Job Description

• Own the daily plan, three-week look-ahead, and short-interval schedules.
• Align crews, materials, and inspections to meet milestones.
• Conduct daily jobsite walks and track progress in real time.
• Enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction field experience with proven on-site leadership
• HVAC/Mechanical experience
• OSHA 30 certification
• Demonstrated ability to manage safety, quality control, and multiple subcontractors on active sites

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Andover, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
