Journeyman Plumber - Cambridge/Boston & Western Suburbs, MA - SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE

We're partnering with a Veteran and family-owned plumbing company, to find experienced Journeyman Plumbers for their Cambridge/Boston area. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential settings.

• Install and maintain plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.

• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.

• Manage time and resources effectively to complete jobs efficiently.

• Adhere to all safety standards and plumbing codes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing emergencies.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Participate in company-sponsored training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license in Massachusetts.

• Extensive experience in residential plumbing service and repair.

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of plumbing systems.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

• Experience with Service Titan software is a plus.

What We Can Do for You:

• Competitive Compensation: $37 - $51 per hour.

• SIGN ON BONUS : $5,000 sign on bonus to be paid after a 60-day period, pending a performance review
