We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Perform hands-on repairs & maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, cleaning and demo work
• Maintain a professional manner with all residents, contractors, and fellow employees
• Seasonal landscaping care. Snow removal, including shoveling and ice treatment
• On-call maintenance will be required

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Driver's license
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Drug testing and background check required
