Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available to support students in an elementary school setting, working with grades K-5. This onsite role, located in Brockton, MA, offers a contract through the next school year (NSY).

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-5
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to create individualized treatment plans
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success strategies

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Experience working in an educational setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students, families, and staff
• Ability to manage a full caseload with organizational efficiency
