A Brief Overview
The CRM Marketing Specialist is responsible for end-to-end campaign development across email, SMS, ASICS.com, and loyalty, including calendar planning, content briefing, vendor management, and channel analysis. They will support day-to-day communications with internal and external partners to deliver against forecasts and budgets across all CRM mediums and will focus on targeting strategies and channel optimizations across all CRM touchpoints. Additionally, they will partner closely with the CRM Marketing Manager on the strategic execution, analysis and expansion of the OneASICS loyalty program with a focus on omnichannel growth and retention in ASICS North America. This includes the development of the marketing platforms within blueconic, talon.one, and the ASICS app. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with all Marketing and DTC teams and external departments including but not limited to Product Merch, Legal and ASICS Digital to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on Marketing and DTC project goals and deliverables, and campaign storytelling across ASICS North America. This includes the development of the marketing platforms within blueconic, talon.one, and the ASICS app.

What You'll Do
- Brief/Build CRM marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, referral, and in-app push marketing triggers across CRM platforms with a strong understanding of all content requirements.
- Oversee the digital marketing calendar and deliver compelling and timely campaigns across multiple digital platforms e.g., SFMC newsletters and journeys, SMS campaigns and journeys, referral program journeys, and remarketing journeys.
- Analyze channel KPI’s and forecast targets and manage vendor day-to-day relations, including project execution and strategy pivots based on business needs (e.g., forecast pace, budget pace, product sell-through).
- Assist with the strategy and development of the OneASICS loyalty program’s omnichannel benefits while monitoring our audience growth and retention rate and optimizing loyalty program workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, including the expansion of talon.one.
- Assist with the strategy and development of the CDP platform, creating, testing and analyzing performance of segments built and mapped into select channels including but not limited to email, SMS and app.
- Lead as a key stakeholder in our website planning process, including ownership of Creative X Digital planning sessions, website calendar adjustments, and clear communication and alignment with all relevant stakeholders within DTC and Marketing.
- Lead as point-person for project management and development of select DTC/Marketing activations for the digital marketing team (both CRM and external).
- Help manage the coordination and execution of all race-related benefits for our CRM and OneASICS audience in partnership with Race Roster, Runkeeper, and ADI/Jebbit teams in partnership with the Marketing Coordinator.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and act as “One Team” to help bridge the gap between DTC, Marketing and wholesale activations.
- Assist in the training and development of intern and ACE program participants.

How You'll Be Successful
- Proficiency in Salesforce (Marketing and Commerce Cloud)
- Proficiency in SMS marketing (Attentive Platform or similar tool)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, One Drive, Excel)
- Demonstrable skills and experience in strategic and operational marketing
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to drive innovation: track record of creativity and self-motivation
- Strong analytical and planning management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group presentations
- Ability to work across business and champion the customer and marketing while balancing our business needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease and to make decisions and good judgment in stressful situations.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training required
- 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing related position supporting loyalty programs required
- Experience working with Salesforce platforms (Marketing & Commerce Cloud) preferred
SALARY / PAY RANGE: Min: $63,000 Max: $70,000
