• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Develop innovative menus that meet our brand standards and customer expectations.
• Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with management to align culinary offerings with business goals and guest satisfaction.

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a reputable hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Competitive salary range of $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly.
