Job Summary:

Nightingale Veterinary is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in our home office. The role will be responsible for spearheading and executing all design/creative projects across multiple platforms - including but not limited to, print materials, website design, digital advertising, promotional materials, and in-practice/exterior of practice branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative direction and execute designs for various media formats such as print marketing materials (brochures, postcards, business cards, etc.), website (landing page design), promotional materials, in-practice displays and exterior branding.
• Partner closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet various marketing objectives and goals
• Uphold brand standards across all designs and ensure brand standards are met within all new creative projects
• Effectively manage creative and design project deliverable timelines. Provide clear communication on status of all design projects
• Work closely with external brand, photography, and print/promo material partners to ensure creative objectives of projects are met, timelines are adhered to, and brand standards are upheld
• Assist the marketing team with copywriting for all creative and design projects
• Work well within a team environment, contributing to a positive, collaborative work culture

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the veterinary industry or other service-related industries
• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
• Proficiency in graphic design software programs such as Adobe Creative Suite. Figma experience is a plus.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
• Ability to think creatively and deliver impressive concepts
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Illustration skills are a significant plus

In-office policy:

• This is an in-office position requiring the candidate to be present at least 4 days per week. Exceptions will be made for certain circumstances.

Final candidates will be requested to submit a sample design project for Nightingale Veterinary Partners. Nightingale Veterinary Partners will provide a detailed creative brief for the sample design project along with deliverable timeline.

NYS Pay Range

$70,000—$95,000 USD
