Senior A/P Specialist

Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site during training, 2 days on-site after training)

Pay: Up to $33/hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Process invoices and perform month-end close activities accurately and on time
• Maintain and update AP-related reports in compliance with company policies
• Respond to AP inquiries within two business days and resolve payment issues efficiently
• Analyze financial data, summarize findings, and support decision-making to improve operations
• Collaborate with the AP team to manage a high volume of invoices effectively
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance accuracy

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of invoices accurately
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice-to-Have:

• Customer service experience in diverse environments
• Experience in nonprofit or higher education financial operations
• Familiarity with SAP, Coupa, or similar enterprise accounting systems
• Experience in large or complex institutional environments
