Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Use your expertise in pediatric occupational therapy to develop and implement individualized therapy programs, promoting success in academic and life skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience working as an OT in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and parents
- Knowledge of IEP process and school documentation requirements
- Flexibility, time management, and creative problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with a wide range of needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the educational team
- Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
- Consult with teachers and staff on adaptive strategies and modifications
- Assist in creating accessible learning environments
- Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide training or resources for families and school staff as required
