Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience working as an OT in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and parents
• Knowledge of IEP process and school documentation requirements
• Flexibility, time management, and creative problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with a wide range of needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the educational team
• Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
• Consult with teachers and staff on adaptive strategies and modifications
• Assist in creating accessible learning environments
• Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide training or resources for families and school staff as required
