Human Resources Associate
Kforce's client located in Boston, MA, a successful local and well-established private company in a service industry with under 500 employees, is seeking a Human Resources Associate to work with managers and assist with all aspects of HR in a growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration and making an impact in areas of employee support. As a member of the HR team, you'll support day-to-day human resources functions, including:
- Coordinating new hire processes, employment documentation, and orientation
- Maintaining accurate employee records and processing personnel changes in the HRIS
- Review and work with payroll to ensure timely and accurate pay processing
- Serving as a trusted resource for HR policies, procedures, and general employee questions
- Assisting with benefits enrollment, absence leaves and compliance documentation
- Assist with recruiting and screening potential hires
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of professional HR experience
- Experience with HRIS systems, high energy, looking to make an impact and grow with the organization
